Los Lagos Golf Course in San Jose.
Los Lagos (The Lakes) is an 18-hole course. It is a par-68 course spanning 5,393 yards. There is a good mixture of par- three, four, and five holes that will give any golfer a challenge.

In Santa Clara – Try Santa Clara Golf Club – its the municipal course there. Plus, Pruneridge Golf is a nice little 9 hole course with a nice driving range.
I would say that Los Logos is the best for lessons. I am looking into lessons for myself too. My husband goes there often just to hit a bucket of balls. I think its like $ 8 to buy a large bucket and you can work on your swing. Even my 13 yr old enjoys going there. At Coyote Creek you can practice putting for free.
